We realized that the culinary display in Berlin had no Venezuelan representation, so we got up and decided to create the project Kärrecho and thereby we can present to the Berlin audience, the food – rich in flavor and warmth, of Venezuela.
As in any story, this has its protagonists, Carlos, Marina and Rosana born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela.
